How is the giftcertificate delivered?
Once purchased, the Gift Voucher will be sent to you the same day by prior mail. You will have the opportunity to choose between two templates (see templates). All the relevant information to activate the Gift will be stated on the Voucher. If you don't want to receive it by mail, you can also see/print it directly from the website.

How to use the giftcertificate?
Just enter the printed code on the back of your certificate on www.dvdpost.be (up-right box). Then, all you have to do is choose the movies you would like to watch and put them in a wishlist. They will then be automatically shipped within 24h (Prior) to your home address.

When can the giftcertificate be used?
The gift voucher can be used once the payment has been processed

What happens at the end of the offered period?
At the end of the gift subscription period the customer can cancel his/her membership or continue to receive rentals. If no action is taken, the subscription will automatically be cancelled and the member will have 7 days to return the remaining DVDs to us.
